Before any other company uses MedhaNova ERP, MedhaNova AI Labs will run on it. It is the fastest way to find what is missing, and the only honest way to say it works.
How it works
Our own company is set up on the platform as a separate client, kept apart from product development, with its own access, backups and evidence.
- We record our company’s facts and master data through the same controls a customer would use.
- We load one opening position and run one full period in parallel with our existing records.
- We reconcile the ledger, receivables, payables, assets and bank, and classify every difference as a product defect, a configuration issue or a data problem.
- Only after that do we open a pilot to other companies.
Where we are
The initial set-up and controls are complete. Loading our own masters and running the parallel period are the next steps. Our agents will start on MedhaNova’s own records first, beginning with our registers, cap table and trademark filings.
What this is not
MedhaNova is a young company, and our own books are small. Running on our own platform proves the workflow, not performance at the scale of a large group. A controlled pilot with other companies is how we will test that.
